Blueberry slush has become a hot drink for many people. Blueberry slush is quite similar to a smoothie. Blueberry slush can be made quite easily within the comfort of your very own kitchen. A slush beverage can be made within a matter of minutes.
A slush of this kind can be made with some very simple ingredients that can be easily purchased at almost any food or grocery store. You will need approximately one cup of frozen blueberries in order to make a delicious slush. Of course, the sugar makes the slush tastier.
In addition to the blueberries, you will also need one cup of frozen strawberries. In addition to the fruit required to make the slush, you will also need one cup of pineapple and orange juice mixed. Basically, mixing one half cup of pineapple and one half cup of orange juice should do the trick.
You will then need one cup of plain yogurt as well as two tablespoons of sugar. Between 5-7 frozen cubes will also be needed to make this delicious sweet beverage. It is much easier if you use crushed ice as opposed to larger ice cubes when preparing a delicious slush.
It is best to place all ingredients into a blender. Place blender on blend for about 20 seconds. After you blend ingredients for 20 seconds set blender on mix for an additional 25-30 seconds. Once mixing is complete add ice cubes and pour into medium glasses. Finally, you will need some straws to drink your delicious slush.
Slush beverages and smoothies are quite similar. These beverages are quite tasty and colorful. The popularity of these beverages has made them a regular household treat. You may also decorate your slush by adding a mint leaf for color, as well as decoration. Adding some sliced fruit to the top of the slush also adds some decoration to your slush.
A slush may be served at a special holiday party including Christmas and New Years. Beverages of this nature are quite refreshing and delicious. The smooth texture and sweet taste of a slush make it particularly appealing.
