He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not - Fleabane Daisy

The Fleabane Daisy has been long thought of as the "he loves me, he loves me not" flower. Children  and teens alike would pluck each white cylinder of the edges of the lemon yellow blooms of the daisy perennial and this would be the fate of whether a boy loved them or not when they'd choose the very last white petal from the daisy.
The fleabane diasy is a nice and simple perennial flower. Growing wild along the roads of the southeastern united states. It's found along side gravels and in poorer soils. It has a lifespan of 6-8 years and the seeds in the center of the bloom are vibrant yellow in color making this delicate perennial reproduce itself.

The fleabane daisy loves to be planted in full sun and thrives even in drought conditions. It's ability to withstand no rainfall or moisture has made this perennial wildflowering plant a favorite of many homeowner's and avid gardeners because it requires very little care and attention.
The fleabane daisy is also a wedding favorite for many. It's meaning of the "he loves me, he loves me not" is a bride's second favorite flower to put in her bouquet to toss at all the maidens of honor.
